  • New Cardio TRX DVD

    I'm sold on the idea of combining jump rope exercises (thank you MaxKon) with the TRX fitness workout and just ordered the DVD. My question as a jump rope novice is the vertical or ceiling clearance needed to jump rope. I have 9 ft ceilings. Any problems? I'm 6'1" so I'll trim the rope appropriately I guess. Thanks in ...

    Along with the above mentioned ideas- More motivational contests and competitions. I very much enjoyed the Feb Core contest. More cardio combination workouts would be great. Still think a section on incorporating TRX to running goals and other sport specific tailoring. That said, the site helps tons. Doug

    I'll give the Handbrake method a try. I really liked the Winter workout preview since I could put it on my iPhone. Spencer- Do you find the blue tooth headphones get in the way? I'm intrigued by that idea. Thanks

    Last Feb workout My long run day- 15.1 miles at a clip to keep my attention. Had to work to keep goal pace. Doug What's the next month challenge? I admit it does keep me working harder. Do or not do. There is no try--- Yoda
