Well to me overall fitness is made up of five main components:
* Cardiorespiratory endurance
* Muscular strength
* Muscular endurance
* Body composition
* Flexibility
But I also know that it is not a destination, but a process

Here are my settings for Handbrake
Format: MP4 File
Codecs: AVC/H.264 Video/AAC Audio
Framerate : Same as source (29.7)
Encoder: x264
Average Bitrate: 700
And I chose iPod Low-Rez

I used the program Handbrake on my Mac to convert the DVDs. So yes there is a way :)
So now when I take my TRX to the park to workout, I can work along with the videos on my iPod.
