Finally got my ropes today!! HOLY %&^$#@@!!! Just finished a circuit of ropes, trx for push/pull and some kb stuff (not much b/c I was dying from the ropes!!). OMG!!! thanks for the response. that is what i thought. i'm looking to add to my kb, trx, rowing routine. plus, my husband had acl surgery and is still not fully recovered and we're looking for an insane low impact anaerobic workout. this looks like it might do the trick.

We're on vacation and I've finally had a chance to "play" on the TRX
again, for myself. This is a little workout I did yesterday. Although,
it pales in comparison to Shanghai Dangerous, it did leave me w/ a good
