Gosh, I love it when girls in bikinis talk about knots and stuff!
BTW, that looks like the pulleys they sold in the 70's that hooked onto your doorknob- you would lie on your back and bicycle! The pulley got so hot you couldn't touch it!

I started using my TRX at the gyn (TenXSPA in Canton Mass) about a year ago. Same experience, some odd looks, very few asked about it. Now the Gym is putting in a rack and has purchased a bunch of TRX straps. Classes are going to start soon!
I wonder if I could get a commission?

I do my suspended crunches, atomic pushups pikes and oblique work with my hands on an upside down bosu.

Go to the nearest EMS and buy an oval caribiner from their climbing section- $6.50. I replaced mine as the EMS biners are stronger anyway!
