Is there a way to spot a fake TRX? I recently bought one from ebay. (Force Bundle- purchased 6 months ago). Came in an offical package with DVD and manual, plus door acnchor and bag. Is there a way to determine if its authentic by looking at it?   Mark

I'm not sure the ratios need to be adjusted. There are only 13 posts that report getting 40/40, some higher than 40/40. I would guess the number who hit 40/40 are 5% or less than the total users training on TRX.   Mark

Why limit yourself. My answer would be both. Although if a gym isn't available, supplement your home gym with some dumbbells, and valslides. The more tools in your box, the more options you have for training. TRX is definately awsome, but I still like to get in some traditioninal strength training as well.   Mark

I cannot speak for Ropes and Straps or Boot Camp as I have not seen either. For Fat Loss- Train like the Pro's, Team Sports and Cosgrove are all excellent for metabiloc conditioning.  Turns out the challenge was not only completing the 40/40 but also getting the video recorded. After some battery and connection issues here it is. Final Tally 41/41
