  • Jump Snap Jump Rope

I recieved my first TRX on Friday and just got used to it, doing a couple exercises from the guides and DVDs I recieved. Today (Saturday) I figured I'd go ahead and try to follow a DVD. I've been doing all of my exercises in the basement, so I figured I'd do the same today, the only problem being the jump roping portion of the Cardio ...

  • Re: Which TRX DVD do I start with?!

The Express DVD is blue, so you're probably right in it being an instructional DVD.

Very good post! If money weren't an object, I would go buy an indo board right now! Looking to the future though, one would definately interest me, thanks for sharing your ideas, I wouldn't have ever thought of doing that!

  • Re: paypal question

I used Paypal for my order and had no such problem. I guess I didn't really pay too much attention though, I use Paypal so much that all I do is click the "Next" arrows at this point :P I'm not too sure what to do about your problem. • Re: Which TRX DVD do I start with?!

You could purchase the Cardio Circuit or Ropes and Straps DVD to help improve your cardio first, but the other thing to keep in mind is how easily adaptable the ...

  • Re: Just ordered my TRX

Congratulations! I too just ordered my first TRX, not expecting it for another couple of weeks though. As for the leg sculpting workout, I for one haven't heard of it. Perhaps it was an older DVD no longer in production? Are you sure what you ordered was a TRX and not something along the lines of the Lifetime Fitness version? Best of luck ...

  • Re: Before and After Pictures

I think that sounds like a great idea! I know that a lot of exercise products and systems on the market today use that as their primary target to audiences. This forum has proven that the TRX can indeed be used as a weight loss tool, as did it's appearance on the biggest loser, but I agree that commercially it hasn't been advertised as ...

  • What's your favorite DVD?

What is your favorite DVD to train with? Which one is the toughest to you? About to make my first TRX purchase and had just a couple questions. Do you guys who own multiple DVDs prefer: Ropes and Straps or Cardio Circuit? Train Like the Pros or Team Sports? Thanks for any help you can provide me with
