The last month has actually been rather rough on me as well. I am actually trying to finish strong for this challenge. I am sure with the amazing weather we seem to be having across the country people are out and about away from their computers.

It took me a while to figure out how to post my results...but, here they are: Atomic Pushups: 15 Suspended Lunge (Left Leg): 15 Suspended Lunge (Right Leg): 15 Back Rows: 19 Hip Press: 24 Postural Squat: 14 6'4" 215lbs.
