It's been way too long since I've posted my workout activities. While I haven't posted I've been pretty consistent with my workouts. Here's what I've done the past week: Friday: 30 minutes of stair intervals 240 steps. Thursday: 40 minutes of TRX strength and flexibility Wedneday...

Friday- Some light stretching Saturday- 40 min TRX, 25 min run. Sunday- Ran the Bridge to Bridge 12K in SF. Time 53 min. Didn't stretch enough and now I'm feeling tight.
