Excellent point. Multiplanar training is pretty easy to incorporate and will add a little extra "ouch" to your killer workout (which I have yet to try....). Try adding in any rotational exercises. Personally, I love the single arm power pull. However, the high torso rotations, oblique crunches...

I have been doing Atomic Pushups which are really tough on me and have been only doing them three times a week and have seen results already. Check out the Atomic Pushup Competition to get a better idea. I also swim which leaves me less drained and I can do that everyday and see results.

I think exceptions could be made on the video orientation. I just cranked out 21 this week. So in 15 weeks Ryan is going down. Keep training to take down the power house.
