    One thing the TRX will do is CUT DOWN YOUR TIME WORKING OUT. The TRX will allow you to spend more time with your family and less time with the gym. Why wait around for equipment and go walking from exercise machine to machine when all you need is a 4ftx8ft space to get it rocking. Good Luck on your Journey...

  • I need a Gym in a Bag!!

    The words "portable" and "gym" are my best friends right now. Working, kids and activities keep the gym at bay. Carrying TRX with me, I could steal moments for myself to work out at the fire station, between kid shuttles at home, and when on trips (no excuses there)!

    I need a Gym in a Bag to help me lose 20 pounds before my 20th High School class reunion. I started the year by establishing a new workout routine and I am ready for something new. Also, I have used Jillian Michaels's videos and now I want to try something that Bob Harper uses :)

  • What I would do for my own 'gym in a bag'.

    As a testament to "what I would do for my own gym in a bag" I would keep a photo journal of "before and after" pictures for six months of using the TRX. At the end of the commitment, I would post it for others to be inspired.

  • Why do I deserve to win the TRX "gym in a bag"? because.......

    I had an accident 3 years ago which has left me with ‘limitations’ that prevent me from exercising the way I used to prior. During physical therapy I used a similar device to re-build & develop strength, balance, stability, flexibility, coordination and full range of motion. I haven’t found anything...
