    Ah, I love starting the day with a workout. Small increases happening - good news! I was able to do 11 of the side planks by touching in front rather than rotating under. Time to try the progression again. Tracy

    Still going strong - forgot to post my confirmation yesterday but, yes, I did do the workout. Also today and all is going well. Find the plank ok, but still difficult to do the touch under also. That's my goal by month end! Enjoy the weekend. Tracy
