    Actually this could be quite interesting if you were using the TRX completely underwater, with scuba gear. Working out underwater would increase the amount of resistance because water is 1,000 times more dense than air and moving through it it more difficult and requires much more efficiency than moving...

    I did the same thing when I first started to use the TRX. I'd try to leave my plates in to get the most out of wearing my armor. The only problem was incorporating any exercises where my back needed to be on the ground. Otherwise I would get smoked during those sessions, good stuff. I saw that you...
