"6'7" 265 lbs played basketball my whole life until college. Have always loved fitness and a challenge. Because of this i spent a whole lot of time in the gym pushing weights....
Over the last few months i had to move a lot and it made me realize "unless your a body builder" you dont really use muscles in isolation!
It made me start to look into bodyweight exercising started doing a lot of pushups and pullups and plyometrics.... and eventually it led me to the TRX -
i could go on and on but that's just of it.
