I am a wife, Mom, daughter, sister, MomMom, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. I enjoy helping others and watching them grow into strong individuals, physically, mentally and emotionally. I have been studying martail arts for over 20 years and love sharing my knowledge. I am a martial arts instructor and Reiki master. I volunteer with a non-profit program running programs for victims of family violence, child abuse and neglect. I also volunteer on a non-profit martial arts scholarship program teaching a variety of programs to at risk kids. I am also a licensed Fugitvie Recovery Agent certified in the tools of the trade.
